Can I change my tickets through the travel agency if I booked them online?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes/cancellations to tickets purchased from sources other than our travel agency.

Can I modify my travel booking?
If you wish to modify an existing travel booking, please contact our travel agency.

What are the cancellation terms for my trip?
Each tour operator has its own change/cancellation policies; please check your cancellation terms with the travel agency. During booking, we inform customers of cancellation and change policies. Cancellation policies for customized group tours are published alongside the respective tour details.

Is travel insurance necessary for the trip?
It’s important to have adequate travel insurance. We recommend travelers to get comprehensive travel insurance, which includes baggage coverage and cancellation protection. In case of trip cancellation or illness before or during the trip, sufficient travel insurance covers incurred expenses.

How do I receive my travel and/or flight tickets?
Tickets reserved through us can be collected from our office or sent to the customer’s email.

How are special requests accommodated?
We relay special requests such as seating preferences and dietary requirements to airlines and hotels at destinations. Requests should be communicated to our office at least 3 weeks before the trip. Not all flight routes can accommodate special dietary needs, and most airlines charge for food and beverages. Pre-booked seats are chargeable on many airlines. Finnair allows free seat selection 36 hours before the trip; earlier bookings are subject to charges.

On Vip Cruise ships

Are there toilets on board the ships?
Yes, all our ships are equipped with toilets.

Can wheelchair users participate on the cruise?
Wheelchair users can board our ships. We have a limited number of wheelchair spaces available on board.

Can dogs come on board the ship?
Dogs are welcome on our cruises.

Are there dining options on board the ships?
All our ships have restaurants with alcohol licenses.
On sightseeing cruises (1.5 hours), we offer snacks, pastries, and refreshments.
On regular services, we provide a changing lunch menu.
Meal packages can be customized for groups. For group bookings, please contact our travel agency directly.

Can I cancel a cruise purchased online?
Unfortunately, online purchased cruises cannot be canceled, but you can change or reschedule the cruise date. Please contact our travel agency in such cases.

What payment methods are accepted on board the ship?
You can pay with cash, debit cards, and major credit cards on our ships.

How do weather conditions affect the cruises?
