The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, and we offer delicious small bites in tapas style to complement the wine tasting experience. For Christmas parties, we have prepared our own extensive buffet menus. Our skilled staff can assist you in choosing the perfect wine and provide information about different wine varieties. Wine tasting prices start from €15 depending on the theme of the evening and the selected wines. Our delicious tapas offerings enhance any occasion.

The tapas menus consist of three different-sized dishes. Flavors from Saimaa and around the world can be enjoyed independently as a tasting plate or in the form of tapas platters for larger groups. The café offers high-quality Vispilän kauppa bakery products in both sweet and savory options.

As the spring season approaches, bubbles are on our minds. We’re hosting a guided champagne tasting evening at wine bar GLOBE featuring four champagnes. The price for the guided champagne tasting program is €49/person. Participation requires a minimum age of 18 and prior registration.

Fri 26.4. Vinyl Record Panel
We’ve listened to our customers’ wishes. GLOBE’s vinyl record panel continues on Fri 26.4.2024 at 7 pm. Join us for a relaxed evening with the vinyl record panel. The panel is a feel-good music night where music takes center stage. The panelists include Savonlinna’s versatile musicians percussionist Mika Holström, host and audio technology professional Janze Söderholm, and musician Jaakko “Jaska” Räisänen.
The event is free of charge. Please arrive early as seating is limited.

The popular Paint & Wine concept returns to Savonlinna. Café & Wine Bar GLOBE offers a combination of wine tasting and guided painting suitable for everyone, regardless of painting experience.

Paint & Wine night includes:
Guided visualization relaxation
Wine tasting (includes 4 wines) with guidance and tapas plate
Supplies and tools for painting your own canvas
Visualization relaxation and wine tasting open up the flow of creativity and offer the opportunity to let go of performance pressure and everyday stresses.

No previous painting experience is needed. The focus of Paint & Wine night is not the end result but the journey! It’s recommended to wear an apron or other clothing suitable for painting.
The visualization relaxation and painting are led by solution-focused coach Johanna Tynkkynen.

The price for the Paint & Wine event is €59/person.
